John McCain Changes His Mind Again About Gay Adoption
You might remember the other day I did a post about John McCain being against gay adoptions. He said he believes that children belong in a home with a mother and a father.
Someone must have told him that it shot him down in the polls because McCain has changed his mind once again. Now, his Director of Communications has said that McCain could have been a little clearer about his opposition to gay adoption. He thinks that children that have no chance of finding a home with a male and a female parent should be able to be adopted by gay couples.
Well how mighty of him to say that, children with no chance of being adopted by straight couples can have gay parents then. That is like saying if the pizza comes out burnt, then you can have steak.
Are people actually thinking about voting for this man? He opens his mouth and out comes the crap. Every time he gives an interview, it seems the campaign people have to come in and fix his screw up. Are they going to be there if he is voted into office? Will they be there to fix his next screw up that could cause other countries to turn against the United States?
Oh man, it just gets worse and worse.

That is horrible.
He is pretty horrible. But his chances of winning will be made better by the New Yorker’s idiocy. People just don’t learn in this country, do they?
This is a bit off topic (about gay adoption but not John McCain), but did you see the 30 Days where the Morman mom went to stay with two guys who had adopted four boys? It was such a nice atmosphere for the boys - a loving country home - but the Morman mom was still suck on the “children need a mom and dad” thing. No, children need someone to love them…period. They aren’t that complicated! Whether it is a teacher, a grandmother, or a gay couple, if they can love and take care of the child, the child will be happy.

You are absolutely right. Children need love and caring. that does not mean they need two parents or even two opposite sex parents.
Parents are parents as long as they nuture and care for the children with love and caring.
A parent is someone that teaches children right from wrong.
A parent teaches the child to grow and expand their horizons.
