Obama Verses McCain On Gay Issues
What do Obama and McCain have in common? The only thing they have in common is that they are both running for the Presidential seat in November. They different in more ways than any other candidates have over the years. As for the gay issues here are their stands on the issues surrounding the gay community.
Obama stands behind the gay community. He has said that believes that gay persons should be able to marry and adopt children. He has become very open about this lately, but in the early stages of his campaign, he was tight lipped about the gay issues.
McCain opposes gay marriages and adoption. He has said this from the beginning. Although he has stated his opinions, his campaign managers always come in and correct his words and sugar quote them.
I do not recall ever hearing any Obama campaign managers correcting his words. He evidently believes in his own words and will not change them for anyone.
I recall every other day that McCain campaign managers have had to correct the words of McCain to make him look more suitable for office.
It appears that Obama is for the middle class and McCain is for the rich. If you add these factors into the mix, Obama is going to win the election in November. There are more middle class people and gays than there are rich people and gay haters.
