		<description>I think it reflects badly on the state that the people in it make this choice.  Those who don't vote and say "Well I don't agree with the decision.  We're not all prejudiced." will be equally as guilty because in this kind of situation, no vote is a vote for what's wrong - those who are against it will be making sure they turn up!

Naming and shaming states that are allowing outdated and small minded beliefs to persist is great.  Keep outing them! :)</description>
