Connecticut Goes Ahead With Gay Marriages

Published by blondiewrites at 3:20 am under Same Sex Marriages Edit This

With all that is going on in California, you will be happy to know that Connecticut is going ahead with gay marriages. A judge ordered the go ahead for same sex marriages after overturning the October 10 ban on gay marriages. It was said that more than a dozen couples were ready to marry on November 12.

This will be similar to the gay marriages that were allowed in California after the ban was overturned, except these people have a long time before Connecticut could vote on their marriages. Same sex couples getting married will be wed for love and no one can stop it.

In California, gay marriages preformed prior to the vote are still uncertain, except one person said that trying to void these marriages could have legal ramifications. For one, these couples were legally married under the law of the state. There would be more red tape trying to void these marriages and who has the money to fight against another ban?
