How To Tell Your Friends You Are Gay

Published by blondiewrites at 9:30 am under Gay Lifestyle, Lesbian Edit This

You have a lot of friends and you are gay. How to tell your friends you are gay might be a little scary, especially if you are still in high school. The schools today have Gay Straight Alliance groups that can help you if you need help or you can choose to do it yourself and see how things go.

In most cases, your true friends will accept you for who you are and not judge you. This is of course if you have friends that are not prudes and discriminating people. If you are gay, you are not alone. Many people both young and old are gay. They were just like you when they first had to tell their friends they were gay, but today, they are happy and have many friends.

Do not be afraid to say who you are or what you want in life. Everyone deserves the right to be himself or herself. You are not alone. Tell your friends that you are gay and that does make you any less or more of a friend. Let them know that by accepting you, it makes them more of a friend and you appreciate their acceptance.

How to tell your friends you are gay. Just say it. Don’t make a big deal about it, but be strong.

I agree. If you make a big deal of it, so will your friends. Just be proud of who you are!
